2026 Scout Snow Trip
Friday 14th August - Sunday 16th August 2026
The base price of this snow trip includes travel, accommodation, breakfast & dinner Saturday & breakfast only Sunday and National Park entry.
The base price per person is below. We continue to run this activity as cheap as possible.
- Child (<14 years) = $340
- Adult (>15 years) = $355
A full application form needs to be completed per person attending this activity. Participants under the age of 15 must be accompanied/supervised by a parent/guardian.

Lift tickets & lessons:
We will be skiing/boarding at the Perisher Resort with the coach parking at Smiggins. Families/individuals will need to book their own lift tickets / lessons through the Perisher website. We unfortunatley are unable to arrange Group discounts for these.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – TAKE NOTE:
- Paperwork, Payments and Questions – All applications need to be submitted via the button above - you will receive a confirmation email once submitted.
- Deposit & Payments – Payment to be made by direct deposit upon receipt of an invoice from 2nd Panania Scout Group. Payment details & instructions are contained on the invoice. A deposit of the base price (per person) is required to secure your place (with application form) due no later than 1st June 2026. Full payment is due no later than 15th July 2026.
- Numbers– We have a limited capacity for the trip. First in best dressed.
- Transport – Driving yourself is not an option on this activity. All participants must be on the chartered coach. The coach will depart around 4pm on Friday 14th August. The pick-up location will be at Killara Reserve in Panania and the coach will return to the same place around 11pm/midnight on Sunday 16th August.
- Accommodation – We have booked a dorm hall at the Scout Alpine Activity Centre. These are bunk beds and have around 6 beds to a pod area. No private accommodation is available. Beds will be allocated to maximize on space provided
- Cancellations – In the event of a cancellation, the total amount paid will be refunded providing the seat is re-sold. There will be no refund if the seat is not re-sold.
- Catering – Two breakfasts and Saturday dinner is included within the base price. You will need to provide or purchase your own dinner on Friday night and Sunday Night at the convenience stops going there and on the return. Lunch on the ski slopes is at your cost. Our catering is aimed at families aged 5 and above.
